- Public Speaking. Pairing it with showing a magic trick that fits the subject matter you are speaking about. (Call me and I will teach you one.)
- Networking. A better word to use is connecting. Have a table question that everyone must answer. Also, the laugh table exercise that everyone must do together.
- Waking up early in the morning. Have an accountability partner you must not let down. 4. Eating slower. Try chopsticks!
- Exercise. Play music while you are working out.
- Being Consistently self-disciplined. Make a game of it. Create a report card to measure every time you accomplish an activity.
- Getting good grades in school / Climbing the ladder faster at work. Create or find a study group with other students who are sharper than you in the subject…go to the school library or quad to mix it up. At work, determine who is extremely successful in your profession and shadow them. It’s about finding inspiring people to be in your life; remember, you are the aggregate of the 5 people you surround yourself with the most.
- Saving Money. Take a picture of something you really want and tape it to your computer to remind you that if you press forward and are diligent with the activities of success, you will be on the fast track to reaching your goals. Track your progress for monthly improvement.
- Managing Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTS). Develop a breathing protocol, meditation, cold water submersion, positive self-talk, talking to friends, limiting the amount of news you are watching, and limiting the amount of time you want to feel this way. Create a gratitude list of 25 things you love to do and review it weekly, also record a 30-second reel of power words that will inspire good energy.
- Drink enough water. You should drink half your body weight in ounces per day. Try using a straw, it is easier to drink more and add 5% flavor to the water to make it less boring and taste better.
